Two: I have signed up to participate in The Sketchbook Project 2012! So I shall be sharing some pages once I receive it and I can get started.
So I re-made my Guitar Train illustration since I wasn't pleased with how it came out the first time. And now I am!
I had some flaws in the train in my original drawing that I wanted to take care of and I couldn't use the old drawing since it was painted over. So yes, I had to re-draw the whole thing.

ahhh, i absolutely love this version! the colors are so much more eye catching!
ReplyDeletei've always loved graphite but after trying to use watercolors, acrylics, and oils among other things to find " the perfect style ", i've been experimenting with it again.
i tried using graphite plus watercolors, acrylics, and oils but it just didn't work. i'm working on a piece in graphite right now that i'm going to be coloring in either open canvas or photoshop or a combination of both. i really hope it works out. C':
